Tips include:
- Reinforce your window and door frames.
- Trim back trees to reduce access to the roof.
- Fill in gaps in the siding, roof, and foundation.
- Use pebbles or stones as barriers to the foundation.
- Cover your chimney with a chimney cap.
- Cover your vents with hardware cloth.
