We’ll cover how to install a glass vessel sink. For other materials, there may be slight variations on the type of sealant you use. The materials you’ll need for a glass vessel sink installation are:
- channel lock pliers
- silicon sealer
- damp cloth
- towel
First, place the sink upside down and bead of silicon around the drain hole. Then, set it on the countertop over the drain hole. Wipe away any excess silicon.
Now, apply silicon to the drain pipe and install it by threading it through the drain hole in the sink and countertop. Allow it to dry for 24 hours before hooking up the piping.
With just those easy steps, you can install your very own vessel sink! Watch the video for more information on the project.
