A copper sink is both a beauty and a bane. Though it’s exterior is a wonderful sight to behold and it is good at keeping clean, it is easily dented by any wayward accident. If you have the misfortune of a out-of-shape sink, read on to discover how to repair those dents.
Dents usually occur in one of two places: on the basin and on the lip.
- For basin dents, simply tap the dent down with a rubber mallet until it is even.
- For lip dents, take out the sink and set it upside down on a hard surface, then tap out the dent until the lip is even all around.
