Healthy Eating- When Do You Eat?

It’s tried and true knowledge but eating earlier in the day is healthier.  We could even go so far as to say that our culture has things backwards.  You should eat your biggest meal in the morning and then they should get smaller as the day goes on.  Instead we skimp or skip breakfast and then feast at dinner when we have a second to sit down and enjoy it.  Here’s a little refresher article to help you along.
