Have you tried corn juice? I haven’t but some people really enjoy it. Apparently it’s a cultural staple in Central America and Peru. In Asia you’ll find it mixed with sugar and milk. Though The Kitchn says they’ve found it doesn’t need anything added. You’ll often hear people also ask “Have you tried corn ice cream?”. While I’ve never done anything but eat corn with butter, I guess I would try it if it were put in front of me.
It’s super easy to make so give it a try.
To make corn juice, remove the kernels from a fresh ear of corn. (You can also cook the corn first, if you prefer.) Puree in a blender with about 1 cup of water per ear of corn, and strain. Chill and drink within a couple of days.
