What is your favorite type of Christmas Lights?
A few years ago, LED Christmas lights started to show up in stores. They are bright and give off plenty of light.
The mainstay for years has been the soft-glow, compact incandescent bulbs. These are the mini-lights that have become so common on trees and houses for years. They normally do not emit as strong of light as the LED types and do not get real hot normally.
Long ago, when many of us were kids, the way to decorate your tree or home was to use those large painted (C-9 or C-7) bulbs. These normally give off a lot of heat compared to the others.
