My sweet dog is a rescue dog. We’ve pretty much put together that she was beaten and we think that she may have also had to fight for her food. Because of this she refuses to eat around anyone. She will take something from you, go into her kennel and then eat it. When we feed her her food, she always waits until we’ve gone to bed before she eats. I also have two kids and several friends with kids and a nephew that comes over quite a bit. Because of this, sometimes her dog food bowl goes missing. We’ve lost hers more than once but I just found a great solution on the Instrucables thread.
Here’s what you’ll need
Materials:
Scissors
Single hole punch
Zip tie
small Ziploc disposable container (or other thin flexible bowl)
The instructions are pretty straight forward:
Cut the rim off the your container, punch two holes in the side. Thread the zip tie through and attach it to the side of the dog’s crate. Easy peasy!
