This recipe is so easy and delicious. My husband asks me to cook it, which is rare. I pretty much love anything you can just throw into the crock pot which makes this a great meal for anytime!

CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS- CROCKPOT
To make this Chicken & Dumplings Recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used 2 very large ones)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 onion diced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 4 grands flaky refrigerator biscuits
- Put the chicken in the crock pot
- Add the butter
- Add cream of chicken soup and onion
- Add parsley
- Cook on High for 4-6 hours
- After 4-6 hours take a spoon or fork and break up the chicken
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and add them to the crock pot, stirring into the hot chicken
- Cook for another 3o minutes
- Serve and ENJOY!
Note: To reheat heat up in crock pot or in the microwave. Add more chicken broth as necessary.
My family likes to add extra biscuits and we cook them for a little longer as well. Hope your family loves this easy peasy recipe as much as mine does!
