Compromising With Your Artistic Teen

One Minute Tip: Video

Do you have an artistic teen, or pre-teen that wants to decorate in a way that would ruin your home?  Here is a simple solution to this issue.  Taking any kind of material (masonite, cardboard, ect.) and screwing it into the walls will offer a compromise for both parties.  You can fill in the hole with Spackle if you ever move, or when they do, and they get to “own their space”.  The best part is, when using something besides the wall, it’s easily transferable so you can save it after you re-design.
