Coffee is no longer a guilty pleasure. Several recent studies have shown that coffee is actually good for us. The sugar and cream may not be good for you, but the coffee is.

While we’re here, lets bust some myths;
Myth: Long-term caffeine consumption is bad – not unless coffee consumption is paired with cigarette smoking or other drugs.
Myth: Caffeine causes high blood pressure – the Journal of the American Medical Association reports caffeine doesn’t put you at risk for hypertension, however, if you already have high blood pressure, avoid excessive coffee intake.
It doesn’t matter if you like espresso, cappuccino, frappe, latte, hot, cold, light, dark or bold, drink your coffee with no guilt!
